Job Description:

This medical surgical registered nurse role offers a hands-on experience in a bustling hospital setting, focusing on adult medical-surgical patients across a variety of specialties including ortho, neurovascular, cardio, pulmonary, and surgical cases like GI, urology, hysterectomies, and mastectomies. The position involves night shifts of 12 hours each, with a schedule of three nights per week, providing ample opportunity for rest and personal plans during the day. As a traveler, you will float to different units as needed, working alongside diverse staff members such as RNs, LPNs, and techs. Your first two weeks are crucial, as orientation is required, and flexibility on the schedule is appreciated. This assignment is designed for experienced Med/Surg nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy varied patient cases, all while contributing to high-quality care in a collaborative setting.
