Job Description:

Step into a travel Cardiac Stepdown / Progressive Care role where your focus is rhythm and stability on a fast-moving floor. This 12-hour nights assignment in Rock Island is built around thoughtful staffing decisions—charge nurses work to keep the safest possible assignments while considering each traveler’s level of cardiac stepdown experience. If you’re ready for a consistent schedule and want to deepen your cardiac stepdown momentum, this contract is for you.

You’ll be expected to bring 2 years of current Cardiac Stepdown / Progressive Care experience, with Epic required. First-time travelers are accepted, and your background will be reviewed against the skills checklist specific to this discipline. Your work will be supported by ongoing reference and verification of recent experience (within the last 24 months), along with required certifications for practice.

Bring your active Illinois license, Epic proficiency, and current life support credentials—then enjoy the experience of traveling with a team that prioritizes safe, experience-appropriate assignments.
