Job Description:

Join a Med/Surg team in High Point, North Carolina, delivering focused, fast-moving care across a busy 36-bed unit. This 13-week travel assignment features 12-hour days (36.0 hours per week) and a unit workflow built around post-operative medical/surgical floors, including common experiences such as general med/surg floor patients, CBI, mirror 7 South, bariatric cases, hip procedures, and select trauma surgical needs (including bucks traction). You’ll work alongside experienced leadership in a teaching hospital setting with support services available on site, including charge nursing and a 24/7 respiratory therapist presence.

As an RN, you’ll be expected to confidently handle med/surg fundamentals and unit-specific requirements, with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (Resource Team requirements) in place. If you’re energized by steady variety—CBI, bariatric/hips, and traction support—this assignment offers a clear, structured schedule and a team-oriented unit culture.
