Job Description:

Step into a travel healthcare contract in Boston, Massachusetts, supporting a 23-bed unit on 12-hour nights. This assignment runs for 13 weeks at 36 hours per week, with a consistent overnight schedule designed for experienced professionals who thrive in focused, shift-based work.

Flexibility is part of the role: possible call may be offered if there are schedule holes or swaps, and it is only confirmed once the manager team feels comfortable with unit coverage needs. Weekend rotation is also possible, so you’ll want to be prepared for rotating weekend responsibilities as the schedule develops.

Because shifts may occasionally align with coverage starting at 7a, 9a, or 11a based on staffing needs, this opportunity is best suited for travelers who can adapt while keeping a steady, professional pace.
