Job Description:

Join the team as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse on a travel contract in Worcester, Massachusetts. This is a night shift role with a consistent 3x12-hour schedule, where you’ll be responsible for monitoring telemetry, staying current on required compliance steps, and supporting a smooth start to orientation.

Orientation includes two pass/fail exams: a medication exam and a telemetry exam. Both exams allow one attempt, and if the traveler does not pass, the contract is cancelled immediately. Study materials are provided between the compliance process and FDIs. Submittals must confirm the traveler is aware of these exam requirements.

What you bring: 1.5+ years of ER registered nurse experience, the ability to read telemetry, and current ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Massachusetts RN license in hand is required. EPIC is preferred.

Weather:

Expect crisp, cool weather with a mix of cloudy days and occasional sunshine. Evenings can feel notably colder, so layers are a good idea.

Shift: 12 hour nights (3x12-hour); posted 11:00 PM with flexibility up to 4 hours before/after based on limited critical staffing needs (rarely flexed for urgent needs)

Duration: 13 weeks; 36.0 hours per week

Start requirement: Must be able to start 06/29 (do not submit if unable)
