Job Description:

Join an Interventional Radiology team in St. Louis, MO, supporting neuro-interventional procedures including neuro-angiograms. This procedural setting means work may extend beyond the scheduled shift when procedures are still in progress—your weekly “Backup” expectation is designed to keep care on track until the day’s work is completed.

Shifts are set up as 4x10 (07:30–18:00). The role includes call coverage: weeknight call is typically scheduled every 1–2 weeks, with call hours running from 1600–0730. Weekend call runs Friday 1600 through Monday 0730, and this assignment includes being scheduled for weeknight call twice over the 13-week period. Expect a mix of cases, from outpatient experiences to critical ICU-level needs, and be prepared to assist with procedural sedation (commonly fentanyl and versed).

Licensure flexibility is available (pending license accepted), and first-timers are accepted. If you like staying engaged through the full procedure workflow—where the day can’t always be rushed to a neat ending—this is the assignment for you.

Expect a mix of mild to warm days with occasional humidity and changing cloud cover. Evenings can feel cooler, so layering helps when transitioning from day to night.
