Job Description:

Step into a fast-paced travel healthcare contract in Waco, Texas, where your day shifts support a range of advanced critical-care workflows. This assignment calls for a clinician with at least 2 years of experience and hands-on familiarity with HFNC and BiPAP. You’ll also be expected to be comfortable managing stable GTT medication therapy and handling post-operative cases, including POD#1 CABG/AVR/MVR, along with CV and vascular procedures and care contexts.

You’ll round out your scope with experience working around cardiac and acute presentations such as NSTEMI, STEMI, ACS, sepsis, and GIB, plus additional scenarios including post DKA, respiratory failure, AAA repair, lobectomy, CEA, and tracheostomy (Trachs). If you’ve also managed pacing devices (Pacers) and supported complex post-op recovery workflows, you’ll fit right in.

Expect 12-hour day shifts and the chance to deepen your expertise across multiple high-acuity specialties—serious work with a clear purpose every day.
