Job Description:

Join the team as a Float Pool RN specializing in step-down care at a notable hospital in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This role involves providing skilled nursing care on a 12-hour night shift, primarily focusing on the PCU/StepDown unit. You'll have the opportunity to work across various inpatient units—including Med/Surg, Oncology, Ortho/Neuro, Heart Care, and ICU—occasionally floating to other nearby facilities as needed.
