Job Description:

Step into a travel ER Registered Nurse nightshift role in Beaufort, South Carolina, at a major teaching, Magnet-designated Level I Trauma Center. This assignment is built for an experienced ER RN who can thrive during overnight hours supporting emergency care workflows from 19:00 to 07:00 on a 3x12 schedule. You’ll work with Meditech EMR and use Meditech skills as part of day-to-day charting and documentation. If you’ve already completed at least 2 years in an ER setting and have travel experience, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll also be expected to bring hands-on readiness for IV start and BLS/ACLS certification, with strong readiness for rapid-paced clinical documentation in an EMR environment. While you’ll be joining a large academic medical center, the nightshift structure keeps your focus on consistent, deep-shift coverage—steady hours, clear rhythm, and the chance to sharpen your emergency nursing craft under pressure. (And yes, you’ll be the one who truly understands what “night shift survival” means.)

Weather:

Expect warm, humid conditions with mild evenings, occasional showers, and plenty of coastal air. Bring layers for indoor temperature swings, especially during night shifts.
