Job Description:

Step into a fast-paced ER setting as an RN for a 12-hour mids per diem contract in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This role supports emergency department operations with trauma level II experience, bringing your skills to a unit that needs adaptable, resilient coverage. You’ll be expected to float to nearby locations based on census, including Oconomowoc or Mukwonago, while following unit workflows and maintaining readiness for varying acuity. EPIC charting experience within the last 12 months is required, and you’ll work within scheduled per diem availability (GSA hours are not guaranteed during the week of orientation). If you enjoy staying sharp, managing change confidently, and contributing as a team player, this assignment offers a clear, hands-on rhythm with dependable set hours per week outside of unit holidays.
