Job Description:

Join Central Maine Hospital's emergency department in Lewiston, ME for a 13-week travel RN assignment focused on emergency care. You'll work 12-hour midshift shifts from 3 p.m. to 3 a.m., providing vital support in a busy Level 2 trauma center that handles a diverse patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics. This role emphasizes interpreting and managing dysrhythmias, ventilated patients, and triage, with opportunities to float to ED holding as needed. Experience in a non-trauma emergency environment and familiarity with ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH, and TNCC certifications are required. The facility boasts advanced equipment like US and bladder scanners, neuro tele, and Care Aware devices, all within a setting that values teamwork and adaptability.
