Job Description:

Step into a fast-paced Emergency Department role in Northampton, Massachusetts, supporting urgent and critical needs with a clear, structured approach. As an Emergency Nurse, you’ll triage patients based on care requirements, perform ongoing assessment, deliver immediate interventions as indicated, and complete discharge teaching. This assignment includes coverage every other weekend, with 12-hour day shifts that bring a steady rhythm to your week and a chance to build momentum with your team.

You’ll work across a broad patient population—pre-natal, neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric—adjusting your communication and clinical focus to match each individual’s intellectual level and physical ability.
