Job Description:

This contract opportunity is tailor-made for experienced Registered Nurses eager to work in a bustling Emergency Department that handles a diverse patient population from neonates to geriatrics. You will be responsible for managing high-acuity cases, performing triage, and assisting in trauma and code cases. Your skills in medication administration, blood product management, setting up chest tubes, and managing ventilators are essential. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment with shifts spanning from 7a to 7p, 7p to 7a, or other variations, on a 13-week assignment with a weekly gross pay of approximately $1,955.05. The hospital values flexibility and looks for someone ready to handle a wide array of emergency cases, including stroke, cardiac events, behavioral health, and trauma. This role provides a unique chance to contribute to the busiest ED in the state, working on Epic EMR with an emphasis on patient stabilization and transfer.
