Job Description:

Join us as an ED/Med Surg Float RN in Hillsboro, WI, where you'll experience the unique rhythm of a Critical Access Hospital setting. This 20-week contract involves 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with responsibilities including floating between Medical/Surgical and Emergency Departments based on daily needs. You'll be the sole RN on the unit overnight, managing urgent and emergency patients independently—so a strong background in critical access hospital environments and at least two years of ED experience are essential. Expect to work approximately 36 hours per week, with guaranteed hours, except during holidays when the unit may be closed. On-call shifts are part of the package, requiring a quick 30-minute response time. This assignment offers a chance to apply your skills in a small but busy hospital, providing both challenge and fulfillment in patient care delivery.
