Job Description:

Step into a travel RN role in Mesa, Arizona, where your days are built around comprehensive nursing practice—assessing patient needs, planning individualized care, coordinating across the healthcare team, and documenting outcomes with precision. This position supports accountability for the quality of nursing services delivered by you and others working under your direction, with a focus on delivering care using professional nursing standards and an organized framework for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

You’ll review history and current information, interpret diagnostics and laboratory data, and respond to abnormal results through appropriate communication. Expect to collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to set realistic, measurable goals, revise plans as needs change, and evaluate both response to interventions and effectiveness of patient teaching. You’ll also coordinate discharge planning and provide leadership through delegation and supervision of licensed and non-licensed personnel, ensuring continuity of care through accurate handoffs and clear communication.
