Job Description:

Join a dynamic 36-hour-per-week contract as an IMC Registered Nurse in Bel Air, Maryland—focused on adult/geriatric care in a fast-paced intermediate care setting. This role follows a 3x12 day schedule (07:00–19:30) with every-other-weekend requirements and holidays scheduled as they fall. You’ll support a unit that commonly manages conditions such as cardiac and respiratory concerns, as well as DKA, and you’ll use advanced therapies including Precedex gtt, insulin gtt, high-flow oxygen and BiPAPs, chest tubes, and TCAR/post-cardiac cath lab-related needs.

A great fit if you bring IMC experience—3 years is preferred, though 2 years will be reviewed. First-time travelers are welcome. Floating may be required within the specialty and lower acuity as needed, and while on-call is typically not placed through call-off, you may occasionally be placed in on-call status in low census situations.

Expect comfortable fall-style temperatures with a mix of mild days and cooler evenings. Humidity can linger, and you may see occasional light rain with brighter afternoons between showers.
