Job Description:

Join a prominent teaching hospital in Winston-Salem as a CT Technologist for an engaging 13-week travel assignment. You will operate advanced imaging equipment such as Siemens Force, GE Lightspeed, and Alpha Photon Counting, providing critical diagnostic imaging for adult and pediatric inpatients and outpatients. Your role involves performing routine and specialized CT scans, including arterial scans and contrast administration via peripheral IVs and power ports. This position requires quick decision-making, handling heavy patient volumes, and working independently in a fast-paced environment within main hospital towers and cancer centers. Previous experience in trauma, ICU, or cardiac imaging is preferred, and certification in ARRT-CT and BLS are mandatory. This assignment offers the opportunity to work in a supportive department with a dedicated supervisor and a culture focused on collaboration and professional growth. The 40-hour week is structured as 10-hour days, with the support of departmental training, including two days of facility orientation and two weeks on the scanners.
