Job Description:

Join our surgical team as a Surgical Tech for travel contract work in Omaha, Nebraska. This role supports Surgical Services with a weekend-forward schedule and an additional weekday shift as needed—so you can expect to be busy, involved, and fully integrated into day-to-day procedure flow. Shifts are primarily 12-hour days, running 0700–1930, with the possibility of rotating to 1900–0730 nights depending on scheduling. Weeknight call averages 1–2 nights per week, and weekend call is required about every 4–5 weekends. While a block schedule cannot be accommodated, the schedule is designed around 12-hour shifts across the work week.

You’ll assist in General Surgery and work across Endo/Laparoscopic and Bariatrics, with strong exposure needed in Neuro procedures and Oncology and Ortho procedures considered highly preferred. DaVinci experience is also highly preferred. Facility-provided scrubs are available. This assignment is for Surgical Techs with at least 2 years of Surgical Tech experience, with Level 1 Trauma experience highly preferred. BLS is required, and first-time travelers are not accepted.
