Job Description:

Join our travel team as an RN for a contract opportunity in Carbondale, Illinois. This assignment supports a 4 x 10-hour shift structure with on-call as required, providing variety in your week while keeping your schedule straightforward. In this role, you’ll assess and support mental, physical, and spiritual needs, then develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. You’ll also provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and/or responsible persons, apply clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in condition, and maintain complete and accurate medical records.
