Job Description:

Join our Clinical Resource Unit (Float pool) as a dedicated nursing professional, where your skills will be essential in providing specialized care across multiple inpatient units, including Medical-Oncology, Surgical-Ortho, Cardiovascular Care Unit, Progressive Care, Mental Health, and Acute Rehab. This role offers a fast-paced atmosphere filled with opportunities to utilize current technology and work with a diverse patient population facing conditions such as heart disease, stroke, cancer, and post-surgical recovery. You'll perform assessments, develop and adjust care plans, administer medications, prepare patients for procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—all while floating seamlessly between units to meet patient needs. This assignment is unique because it allows you to experience different clinical environments and expand your expertise in a dynamic hospital setting, all during 12-hour night shifts that keep your days free for personal pursuits.
