Job Description:

Step into a travel dialysis role supporting both in-center hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis experiences. This contract is based in Des Moines, Iowa, with a 12-hour rotating shift schedule designed for travelers who enjoy a steady cadence and clear expectations. You’ll be expected to hit the ground running with acute dialysis exposure and strong operational experience using Fresenius machines, including effective skills in machine setup, treatment-related monitoring, and telemetry/monitoring reads.

To match the needs of the unit, candidates should bring 24 months of dialysis experience, including inpatient experience. Acute dialysis experience is highly preferred, and this assignment is not a first-time travel opportunity—expect to work independently and maintain consistent dialysis workflow throughout your rotation. Holiday coverage is required for 1–2 of the next three upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day), unless the unit is closed.
