Job Description:

Join a dedicated home dialysis team as a Home Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) working in multiple clinic locations across Cooperstown, Oneonta, and Little Falls. This role offers a balance of clinic management, patient education, and care coordination, giving you the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients while supporting their independence in dialysis treatment. You'll conduct outpatient assessments, provide modality training, troubleshoot concerns, and occasionally assist inpatient units with exchange procedures. The schedule features four 10-hour days, allowing for a consistent workweek and a sense of routine, with travel primarily limited to initial home visits. This position combines clinical autonomy with ample opportunity to influence patient outcomes in a supportive environment that values expertise and initiative.
