Job Description:

Join a travel Respiratory Therapist team in Grand Forks, North Dakota, providing diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care with the option to support either Adult or NICU-focused workflows. This assignment is built around 12-hour nights, helping you settle into a steady rhythm while delivering care that includes physician assistance, equipment-focused support, and thorough documentation.

In this role, you’ll perform and verify respiratory procedures, complete order entry and electronic charting, and run needed reports while maintaining accurate documentation for safety events and charge processing. You’ll also disassemble, clean, assemble, and perform preventive maintenance on respiratory equipment, ensuring items are properly tagged for safety checks, repair, or maintenance and routed to the right department.

For candidates supporting NICU needs, the role may include transporting infants to/from referral systems and providing critical respiratory support aligned with organizational guidelines. Certifications required prior to start include Respiratory Therapist credentials (North Dakota State Board of Respiratory Care) along with BLS and ACLS, plus PALS and NRP via approved programs.
