Job Description:

Join a travel healthcare contract in Springfield, Illinois, bringing your specialized experience to a busy clinical setting supporting a clear, repeatable schedule. This role runs on an 8D pattern (Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM) with call built into the rotation. When on call, shifts run 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, plus additional structured coverage: one night per week Monday–Thursday, and every 5th weekend. Weekend call spans Friday afternoon through Monday morning at 7:00 AM. You’ll be working a full 40.0 hours per week across days, nights, and rotating weekends—an assignment that offers variety while keeping a defined structure.

Ideal candidates will have Illinois licensure in hand and at least 1 year of specialty experience, along with BLS and ACLS credentials. The work you’ll do is grounded in day-to-day clinical operations that rely on consistency, readiness for call coverage, and staying comfortable with shift-to-shift transitions.
