Job Description:

Join an Operating Room Registered Nurse team in Flagstaff, Arizona, supporting a high-volume Level 1 trauma center with 11 rooms focused on ortho, trauma, and spine cases. This contract follows a clear night schedule—3 x 12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00)—designed for travelers who thrive in a fast-paced, procedure-driven OR setting.

In this role, you’ll bring 2+ years of OR RN experience to coordinate and assist across a range of general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro procedures, including craniotomies. Assignments are primarily OR-based, with minimal peds involvement, and you’ll work in an environment where the team is built for high acuity and surgical variety. First-timers are accepted, and locals are welcome.
