Job Description:

Step into a travel healthcare role supporting an Ortho/Spine unit in Chattanooga, TN, with a schedule designed for consistency: 12-hour days. This assignment focuses on RN-level work aligned with knee and hip replacements and multi-level spine surgeries—where you’ll help deliver smooth, coordinated care along the Ortho/Spine workflow. If you’re known for a strong Ortho background, enjoy teamwork-driven shifts, and want a unit experience centered on Meditech documentation, this 13-week contract is built for you.

Unit specifics include a 5 East Ortho/Spine setting, with 26 beds and a 6:1 patient ratio. Expect rotation-based floating, unit support from secretary, PCTs, and a Navigator, and equipment commonly used for mobility and post-op needs such as walkers, coolers, SCDs, and CPMs. The schedule includes 4 weekend shifts per schedule, and a patient experience score of 72% is part of the unit expectations. Navy scrubs are required.
