Job Description:

Step into an Interventional Radiology (IR) Tech role that keeps you at the center of fast-moving, procedure-focused work. You’ll support a vascular IR program spanning endografts, neurovascular, and trauma cases, with additional exposure to body IR. This assignment is based in a stroke thrombectomy facility, so you’ll help teams prepare for and assist with time-sensitive procedures while following established workflows from start to finish.

The schedule is 4x10 day shifts in a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM structure, with hours shifting to 8:00 AM–4:30 PM when on call. On-call is 1 day per week, and weekend call is required every third or fourth weekend (Fri–Sun). You must be able to scrub cases and be comfortable working with wires, including familiarity with GE and Siemens fluoroscopy rooms. Charting is completed in Cerner, and you can expect a typical daily caseload of 10–15 cases per tech.

Expect comfortable fall temperatures with a mix of mild days and cooler evenings, along with occasional breezy conditions. Rain showers can happen, so plan for changing weather throughout the week.
