Job Description:

Join a travel healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (MS/Tele) supporting a busy Med/Tele unit in Lafayette, Louisiana. This contract is built for nurses who enjoy rhythm-focused care and can stay steady through a wide variety of cardiovascular monitoring needs, including telemetry management for dysrhythmias and patients requiring cardiac drips. You’ll also support specialty workflows tied to pre- and post-procedure phases such as angiogram and angioplasty (with no sheath pulls), along with procedures including PPM/AICD, LINQ recorder-related care, EGD, colonoscopy, and common general surgical procedures.

Shift structure is 12-hour nights (18:45–07:15), working 36 hours per week for 13 weeks. Unique to this assignment, you should be prepared for potential assignment to an “Emergency Team,” where you may be expected to remain at the facility until after an event passes or work on the relief team. You’ll be informed of event-specific pay details if activated—only proceed if you’re comfortable with this expectation.
