Job Description:

Join a surgical-focused MS/Tele team in Kalamazoo, MI as a Registered Nurse supporting telemetry and medical-surgical patients across a variety of post-procedure needs. This 3x12 day schedule (07:00–19:30) is designed for steady weekend coverage with every-other-weekend requirements.

You’ll be working on 4N, a 46-bed surgical unit with a patient mix including trauma surgery, post bariatric surgery, post abdominal surgery, post amputation surgery, and urological issues, with additional overflow medically and cardiac. The unit commonly runs ratios around 1:5–6, with the potential to reach 1:7 during call-ins, and it is actively onboarding new travelers to help maintain workload balance.

This assignment is a great fit for an MS/Tele RN who enjoys fast-paced, procedural follow-through and values being organized and consistent over 12-hour shifts.
