Job Description:

Join a travel healthcare contract in Lima, Ohio as a Med Surg/Telemetry professional supporting night shifts where rhythm recognition, medication competence, and rapid clinical decision-making matter. You’ll monitor and interpret telemetry data to identify heart rhythms and recognize meaningful changes promptly. This role also centers on administering and titrating cardiac medications, including Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Heparin, Cardene, Dobutamine, and Lasix/Bumex—applying correct dosing practices and responding appropriately as orders and patient status evolve. With a focus on stroke-related signs and symptoms, you’ll help identify changes early and support timely intervention. For this assignment, attendance and readiness are essential: reporting for every scheduled shift, arriving on time, and maintaining consistent performance throughout the full contract.
