Job Description:

Join a Labor & Delivery team in Issaquah, Washington as a travel Registered Nurse on a night schedule designed around 4x12-hour shifts. In this role, you’ll support labor, preterm labor, and related care workflows across labor rooms and triage spaces, with opportunities to circulate for OB-GYN procedures, assist with pre-op and post-op tasks, and help manage low-risk antepartum and low-risk labor-and-delivery activities. You’ll also participate in key delivery support coverage, including attending deliveries and high-risk deliveries, plus couplet care and transition nursery responsibilities.

Expect hands-on work with standard L&D equipment and procedures, including epidural pumps, PCA and syringe pumps, warming/cooling blankets, drains, blood and blood product administration, and heparin, insulin, and magnesium sulfate. You may also support wound vac management and procedures related to cardioversion/defibrillation as required by the care setting.

This assignment is built for an experienced L&D RN who can step confidently into both routine and time-sensitive moments—night after night—while staying focused on delivering safe, organized care as part of a structured team.
