Job Description:

Join our team as a Clinical Nurse on a 13-week contract in Goldsboro, North Carolina. This role involves providing competent nursing care within a hospital setting, focusing on patients with complex needs across medical-surgical units. Your responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing and updating care plans with families and interdisciplinary team members, and performing bedside point-of-care testing. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, allowing some quiet hours for reflection and planning, while engaging directly with patients and their families to promote recovery and well-being.
