Job Description:

Join a specialized acute hemodialysis unit in Wilmington, NC, where you'll provide critical dialysis services to patients with complex kidney conditions. This daytime, 12-hour shift position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment dedicated to end-stage renal disease, chronic kidney disease, and transplant rejection cases. Your role will involve managing hemodialysis treatments with Fresenius equipment and peritoneal dialysis with Baxter machines—no cycler experience needed for day shifts. Unique to this assignment, you'll be working a 12-hour schedule, Monday through Sunday, for 13 weeks, focusing on delivering efficient, high-quality dialysis care without patient call-offs or onsite RTO. The unit requires hands-on expertise with acute dialysis procedures and familiarity with EPIC and Pyxis systems. Expect a collaborative environment that values your proficiency in acute dialysis protocols and certifications like BLS, with ACLS and CDN or CNN preferred.
