Job Description:

Join our team as a Travel House Supervisor RN for a 13-week contract in Lander, Wyoming. This role supports day-to-day operations and longer-term planning for the assigned care area, coordinating staffing, workflows, and daily priorities while collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. You’ll direct and develop staff through coaching, scheduling, and performance support, while helping ensure policies and procedures are followed and operational standards are met.

From monitoring outcomes against established standards to reviewing budgets and addressing variances, you’ll be a key problem-solver on the shift. You’ll also help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment by reinforcing infection-control practices, equipment readiness, and documentation accuracy. Expect a structured 12-hour nights schedule (36 hours/week) and the chance to bring your leadership experience to a contract assignment where your decisions directly shape how the shift runs.
