Job Description:

This LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse contract offers a chance to step into a specialized setting where you'll be responsible for delivering expert care to patients with complex needs. Working a 12-hour night shift over 16 weeks, you will apply your critical thinking and scientific judgment to develop and implement individualized care plans. You'll oversee patient monitoring with vent/trach experience and provide leadership to staff, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care according to Missouri Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. This role provides an engaging environment for nurses eager to demonstrate their skills in a focused, high-acuity setting while supporting patient safety and quality outcomes.
