Job Description:

This travel nursing position involves providing direct patient care in a hospital setting during overnight hours. The role requires implementing and monitoring care plans, documenting patient conditions, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure smooth discharge planning. Expect to serve as the primary liaison among disciplines, carrying out physician and nursing orders while maintaining a focus on patient safety and timely care delivery. Working independently, you'll need strong critical thinking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure—especially during the quieter nighttime hours when your attentiveness makes a real difference.
