Job Description:

This travel opportunity is for a Registered Nurse ready to take on a challenging 13-week assignment in a busy hospital unit. The role involves working 12-hour day shifts, providing vital patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, performing EKGs, and managing telemetry for patients with diagnoses such as pneumonia, UTI, AMS, GI bleed, alcohol withdrawal, and falls. RNs will titrate medications like heparin and lasix, coordinate with RT staff on respiratory equipment, and assist with activities of daily living, all in a fast-paced environment that keeps you on your toes. The unit employs a team-based approach with charge nurses leading shifts, and nurses are expected to be flexible, contributing to the team as needed on days and nights. Experience with cardiac drips is required, and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
