Job Description:

This travel nursing role places you in a hospital setting where you will float between medical-surgical and step-down units, covering some of the most critical patient populations. You’ll be responsible for managing post-surgical, orthopedic, pneumonia, dialysis, palliative care, hospice, and chemo patients, often juggling multiple complex cases. The assignment features 12-hour night shifts, giving you the opportunity to experience a different side of hospital life while working with a seasoned team that values flexibility and collaboration. Expect to read strips, titrate drips such as Heparin and Dopamine, and support patients with ventilator needs like BiPAP and C-PAP. It’s a role that combines technical skill with adaptability—perfect for RNs who thrive on variety and want to make a tangible impact during your shift.
