Join a step-down unit at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, where you'll be immersed in a fast-paced environment caring for a similar patient population across various units, including J1-2, J33, and the Emergency Department. This assignment offers the unique chance to work 3x12-hour overnight or day shifts on a rotating schedule, providing a rhythm that keeps your days interesting. You will use your specialized skills in a setting that values your experience in step-down care, helping patients transition from critical to stable. The role involves close monitoring, timely interventions, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth patient progress.
