Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in a busy hospital in Central Minnesota, where you'll serve as an L&D/MedSurg RN. Your primary focus is on labor and delivery, managing active labor with a 1:1 ratio, along with postpartum, nursery, and mother-baby care. You'll also float to the Medical/Surgical unit, handling assignments of 3-4 patients on night shifts. Side tasks include prepping for C-sections and caring for newborns post-delivery. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, with a rotation every third holiday and every third weekend. This role offers a chance to experience the unique rhythm of a midsize hospital in a welcoming community.
