Job Description:

Join this 13-week travel contract as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for an active OB triage and testing unit in Anchorage, Alaska. You’ll work nights in a 3x12-hour schedule (19:00–07:30), supporting Labor & Delivery Triage/Testing and High Risk Antepartum care. The unit handles ongoing triage volume, including third-trimester testing and daily triage influx, and you may also see a higher number of inductions and high-risk antepartum patients. The assignment is most likely a straight night shift; if coverage is needed across nights and days, the schedule flips every 4 weeks.

For this role, you must be able to complete an Alaska RN license application within 48 hours of signing (pending license is acceptable), with the AK RN license in hand for auto offer. This position requires BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, and NRP. Charge experience is preferred, and training to charge is available. Weekend coverage is every other, and you may float within scope to other units if facility needs require it.
