Job Description:

This 13-week contract calls for a registered healthcare professional to work 12-hour night shifts at a busy medical-surgical and step-down unit in Morgantown, West Virginia. You will be responsible for supporting multiple units, including Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, Oncology, and Telemetry, with a focus on maintaining patient stability and coordinating care in a fast-paced environment. Epic system experience, along with level 1 trauma background, is preferred. You'll enjoy the challenge of working across diverse patient populations, with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:3 on step-down and 1:6 on medical-surgical floors. Expect to be a key team member providing specialized care while adapting to different unit requirements throughout the facility.
