Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places you in the Main OR at Mercy Hospital Springfield, where you will work three days a week, 12-hour shifts from 06:30 to 18:00, Friday through Sunday. Your role involves assisting vascular surgeons in both OR and hybrid imaging suites, supporting endo and open procedures with a team of nurses and surgical techs. You will be Scrub and Circulator certified, with at least two years' experience in Level 1 or 2 trauma, interventional vascular, and conscious sedation skills. Emphasis is on collaboration and precision as you manage outpatient to critical inpatient cases, utilizing EPIC EMR and DaVinci robotic systems. The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a teaching hospital environment with varied surgical cases and high-level trauma experience.
