Job Description:

Join a dedicated Labor and Delivery team in Worcester, MA, as a Registered Nurse working 12-hour night shifts. This contract offers the flexibility of a 36-hour workweek, primarily covering L&D and postpartum units in a maternity float pool. Your responsibilities will include navigating true LDRP positions, floating between labor/delivery and postpartum, and preparing for specialized exams such as medication and telemetry assessments. Prior experience in both L&D and postpartum settings is required, with a strong preference for those with three or more years of relevant experience. The facility accepts applicants without a Massachusetts license initially, provided that the traveler applies for a temporary license within 48 hours of an offer.
