Job Description:

Join a travel contract supporting Labor and Delivery as a Registered Nurse in Issaquah, Washington. This role centers on labor/preterm labor care across labor rooms, triage rooms, and a variety of care areas including low-risk antepartum, labor/delivery, post-op, pre-op, and transition nursery. Your day-to-day work will include circulating and hands-on participation with procedures and equipment commonly used in OB/GYN settings.

Shifts are scheduled as 12-hour days (07:00–19:30) in a 3x12 structure, with opportunities to float to post-partum or NICU based on your skill set. The assignment is designed for an experienced Labor & Delivery RN who can confidently support deliveries— including higher-risk events—while also handling specialized treatments such as blood/blood product administration, epidural pumps, PCA pumps, syringe pumps, and wound vac care. Common medication support includes heparin, insulin, magnesium sulfate, and related infusion needs.

To be considered, you’ll need 2 years of experience, Epic experience, and current certifications including BLS, FHM, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, and (preferred) ACLS. If you’re an active compact-license practitioner for Swedish facilities, additional options may apply for eligible candidates.
