Job Description:

This contract offers a chance for a dedicated Registered Nurse to step into a busy inpatient setting, providing care during night shifts. You'll be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and coordinating education for patients and their families. Supervising licensed and non-licensed staff, mentoring new team members, and participating in quality improvement initiatives are key components of this role. Expect to work every other weekend, with an emphasis on safe, patient-centered care that makes a real difference in a challenging and rewarding environment.
