Job Description:

Join a busy Labor & Delivery unit as a Surg Tech, where you'll assist with high and low risk antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum procedures. This role involves setting up delivery tables, helping with C-sections, emergent D&Cs, and post-delivery tubal ligations. You'll be a key member in a 388-bed Level 3 trauma center, supporting approximately 150-175 deliveries each month. Expect shifts of 12 hours, with every other weekend off, working primarily during evening and early morning hours. This assignment offers a chance to hone your technical skills in a fast-paced environment with experienced colleagues. If you're comfortable with assisting after vaginal deliveries and setting up OR procedures, this opportunity could be a perfect fit—plus, the hospital provides your scrub gear in dark blue to keep things smooth and professional.
