Job Description:

Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist in a busy medical respiratory unit where you'll be the key player in managing acute and chronic respiratory conditions. This contract role involves working 12-hour night shifts, providing vital care for patients with pneumonia, COPD, and other lung diseases, alongside those with GI issues, diabetes, or recovering from surgery or stroke. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate during daily interdisciplinary rounds and provide specialized care in an 8-bed respiratory step-down unit with a favorable nurse-to-patient ratio. Flexibility to float between units and hospitals ensures a dynamic work environment that keeps your skills sharp and ready for any situation.
