Job Description:

Join a dedicated ICU team in a vibrant healthcare setting as an ICU Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract. This 48-hour weekly commitment involves working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. You'll be responsible for managing critically ill patients in a Level I trauma and magnet hospital with over 1,200 beds. The role requires a minimum of 1.5 years of ICU experience, including experience in a 20+ bed ICU, with some float opportunities within the ICU service line. Expect to interpret EKGs, manage dysrhythmias, and handle complex procedures such as chest tube insertion, trach management, and bedside sterile techniques. The facility values adaptability and offers an environment where your skills in advanced interventions like CRRT, CVVHD, and proning will be highly utilized. This assignment is perfect for experienced ICU nurses comfortable in a fast-paced, highly credentialed hospital setting with the opportunity to work every other weekend and pass a Relias EKG exam.
