Job Description:

This contract opportunity places you in the Emergency Department of San Juan Regional Medical Center, a renowned trauma level III facility serving the Four Corners region. You will be working as an RN specializing in emergency medicine, with duties centered around managing a diverse patient population, including ESRD, COPD, and psychiatric cases. The role involves team nursing within a pod system on a rotating mids shift schedule (10am-10pm, 12pm-12am, 3pm-3am) over a 13-week period. Expect to utilize advanced equipment like Zoll Defibrillators and Ultrasound-Guided IVs, while collaborating with social workers, and adhering to protocols for trauma, stroke, STEMI, and sepsis management. This assignment offers a unique setting with a focus on acute care in an award-winning hospital known for its beautiful setting and community involvement.
